Serving as a Construction Manager, White Construction was selected to provide construction services for the new 60,069 SF Emergency Service Center-Southwest, This two story facility is located on nearly six acres of land and houses the Detroit Police Department, Detroit Fire Department, and the Municipal Parking Department.

The building functions as a single centralized location for the community’s public safety services, and features a full commercial grade kitchen and dining area, gun range, vehicle bays, residential quarters, and fuel island.
