Project Description
White Construction served as the Construction Manager for the extensive renovation projects located at Detroit’s historic open air farm market. The various projects’ scopes included various types of maintenance and renovation work over a span of years and throughout the numerous sheds that included the repair of roof drains, the re-pavement of parking lots, the addition and improvement of site lighting, and the conversion of rest room facilities to ADA requirements. Additionally, White Construction provided the Eastern Market with plumbing and HVAC upgrades, as well as new roofing, and the installation of pigeon spikes to control the pigeon population. An extensive painting program was also included in the renovation project.
