Belle Isle Casino

This interior and exterior renovation and restoration project was completed in two phases in order to accommodate the needs of the historical two story structure. The first phase included the interior renovation of the casino and called for new elevators, stairwells, restoration and repair to the ornamental walls, restroom upgrades, as well as new HVAC and electrical systems.

The second phase focused on exterior improvements to the structure. The scope of work included a new roof, restoration of the buildings facade, extensive landscaping, waterproofing, and masonry restoration. Both phases of this historical project required some demolition of existing features and surfaces.
