The Vehicle Grounds Maintenance Building, located at the City of Detroit’s Water and Sewerage Department’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, is a 15,000 SF, one story masonry building. The facility is used to house and service the Wastewater Treatment Plants vehicles and grounds maintenance equipment.
