Project Description
Selected by the University of Detroit Mercy, White Construction provided Construction Management services for the renovation and conversion of the existing Kindred Hospital into the University’s Dentistry School. This 110,000 SF facility included clinics, laboratories, physical exam space, teaching areas, observatories, conference rooms, classrooms, and lobby areas.
The project demanded a tight schedule and was completed on time and within the client’s budgetary requirements.
