Project Description
Working as the majority partner of the White Olson LLC, White Construction provided Construction Management services for the City of Detroit Recreation Department as they renovated one of their many activity centers. The Northwest Activity center renovation included the center’s ballroom, commercial kitchen, and theater areas.
Located in the heart of a densely populated community, the Northwest Activity Center is home for a multitude of performing arts, including professional theatre, music, dance, drama programs, lectures, and local community events.
The center’s theatre area has seating for 500 individuals and provides all the proper equipment for a state of the art musical or drama production.
