DMC Children’s Hospital

This General Contracting project consisted of a 9,200 SF renovation to the third floor of the DMC Children’s Hospital in order to allow it to accommodate the Children’s Academic Research of Michigan. This addition/renovation project included a 1,610 SF molecular laboratory, 1,660 SF of administrative office and other office space as well.

The Clinical Pharmacology/Toxicology expansion was the first in a string of renovations to make additional space available for research.
