Bloomfield Park Building E

White Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for this five-story pre-cast parking deck and retail building. Located within the Bloomfield Park commercial development, Building E features first floor retail space for 11 tenant spaces, and a four-level parking garage above.

This unique building is constructed completely from pre-cast concrete panels produced off site. Once delivered to the construction site, the panels were welded together to create the solid 253,287 SF structure. In order to accommodate the needs of the busy construction site, the project team focused on extensive site logistics and a detailed phasing plan to produce seamless construction and an effortless turnover to the owner.
