General Contracting

White Construction provides General Contracting Services which was a traditional method of Construction that is being utilized less and less for today’s delivery of construction. White would act as the single source of contact and contract with the Customer for all of the work associated with the project’s construction. The project is typically bid based on 100% complete plans and specifications as prepared by the Customer’s Architect/Engineer. The General Contractor reviews the plans and specifications, places the various subcontractor trade items out for bids (and also prepare pricing for items performed by the General Contractor) and submits a competitive total price (bid) to the Customer representing the plans and specifications (the bid does not typically consider or include items that are not called for in the plans and specifications).
